Coconut burfi is traditional sweet that is prepared during festivals.
Steps

Heat the shredded coconut in a pan on low flame. Add milk into it. Stir occasionally. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

Then add sugar into it. Mix well and keep stirring. Mixture will slowly start thick.

Stir continuously till the mixture turns aromat and light golden.

Remove from the heat add cardamom powder and powder sugar and mix well.

Grease the plate with ghee. Pour the mixture and spread evenly. When it cool cut into square or desired shape. Store it in air tight container.
