Steps

Take rawa in a pan and add salt, sugar, soda, turmeric, ginger and chilli paste as per above measurement and mix well.

Beat the curd with a beater or in a grinder before adding it to the rawa mix and then mix it together properly for atleast 5 munutes. Add water and mix if required. Batter will be on a thicker side but still flowing.

Put it on steam for 20 minutes and temper with dried red chillies, curry leaves and hing by cutting into pieces once done. You can fry them as well on a pan with the temper ingredients just as the picture above for a taste enhance.

Enjoy hot and healthy rawa dhoklas immediately after it's done!!
