    Heat a pan add home-made chhena,nicelycooked.

    Add mava,sugar&greencadamom mix well.cooked till it's becomes dry.

    MODAK dough is ready.

    When it was lucky warm,shape it as madak shape.Sprinckle desecated coconut.Chena modak is ready.
