Left Over Roti Paratha
Steps

Take a bowl add gram flour,salt, red chilli, 2 pinch asafoetida and make a batter.

Take another bowl and make a mixture of potatoes, capsicum,chilli with the help of other ingredients.

Heat a pan grease it with ghee and place the left over roti on it on medium flame
- 4
Spread the potatoes, onions, Vegetable mixture on it. Then spread the gram flour mixture on the Roti with spoon.

Now cook the left over roti on both sides. On the slow flame until it become crispy.

Enjoy the left over Roti Paratha with chutney or sauce.
