Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  • 4Left over Roti
  • 1 BowlGram flour
  • 1 Bowlboiled mashed potatoes
  • 1 Bowlchopped capsicum
  • 1 Bowlchopped onion
  • leavesChopped green chilli and coriander
  • as neededSpices Salt, Black pepper, Red chilli, Chat Masala
  • 1/2 tspDry mango powder,asafoetida

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl add gram flour,salt, red chilli, 2 pinch asafoetida and make a batter.

  2. 2

    Take another bowl and make a mixture of potatoes, capsicum,chilli with the help of other ingredients.

  3. 3

    Heat a pan grease it with ghee and place the left over roti on it on medium flame

  4. 4

    Spread the potatoes, onions, Vegetable mixture on it. Then spread the gram flour mixture on the Roti with spoon.

  5. 5

    Now cook the left over roti on both sides. On the slow flame until it become crispy.

  6. 6

    Enjoy the left over Roti Paratha with chutney or sauce.
