First take a pan and dry roster suji for a while until it get little Red in colour then empty the fry suji in a plate and keep aside

The take a pan and add little oil in it when oil get heated add cumin seed, mustard seeds, chana daal, moong daal, green chilli, and curry leaves when they get red in colour the add onion and fry it for a minute then add chopped vegetable and fry them and cook them until they get soft then add tomatoe and cook for more few minutes then add salt and fry Suji mix them well then add water in it cook it for few minute and close the lid and off the gas and keep it aside for while then serve the dish.
