1 bundletaro stem
1 cupdesiccated coconut
1/4 cupBengal gram boiled
1 tspred chilli Powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspgreen chilli chopped
1 tspnigella seeds
2green chillies chopped
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Chop the stem and steam

Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies
3

Add taro stem fry well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft
4

Add Bengal gram and coconut and fry
5

Add red chilli Powder and mix well
6

Finally add sugar and mix well
