Soak Rice and Lentil for 20 minutes in warm water wash it well put it in cooker add salt and turmeric powder then pressure cook it for 5 whistle

Put a pan on flame add oil mustard seeds hing onion and chilies till it transpernt then add ginger garlic paste let it cook well add tomatoes and red chilli powder corinder powder mix it will and cook it

Open the pressure cooker add water in khichdi whisk it like dal add masala in it then prepare second tadka add ghee jeera cloves hing and red chilies curry leaves add it in khichdi add coriander in it
