Ingredients

7-8 servings
  1. 200 gmrefeined flour
  2. 180 gmpowdered sugar
  3. 180 ml water
  4. 20 gm cake gel
  5. 30 mloil
  6. 250 gmglaze
  7. 4 gmBaking powder
  8. 100 ml sugar syrup
  9. 60 gmEgg less powder
  10. 100 gmchocolate sauce
  11. as neededchocolate garnish
  12. 300 gmMango pulp
  13. 300 gmWhipped cream
  14. 5 dropYellow colour

  1. 1

    Sponge method.... take a big bowl add refined flour. Baking powder sugar egg less powder water cake gel all ingredients mix well 5 minutes then add oil an mix well 4 minutes now take a greased cake mold add batter and bake for 35 minute 180 degree temperature after baking cake rest for 40 minutes

    Now take a bowl add whipped cream add yellow colour an mix well now sponge cut in to 3 layer and apply sugar syrup and apply whipped cream 1st layer 2nd layer an top layer now apply now apply top side chocolate sauce and glaze last garnish chocolate garnish and now 25 minutes rest in cake in the refrigerator now your cake is ready
