Ingredients

1&1/2 cup plain flour
1&1/2 cup self-raising flour
1&1/2 tbsp yeast
2 tbspmargarine
1 tspsalt
2 tbspsugar
1 cupmilk
Water
Cheese cheddar & mozarella
Topping of choice
Pizza paste(optional)

Steps

Mix the yeast & sugar let it rest for 15 mins

Mix the dry ings. Now add the yeast mixture.

Bind into a smooth dough & leave to rise for 1/2 an hour

Roll 6' rounds & spread the paste. Spread the cheese& the toppings.Roll from one side then the top side & pinch the corners to secure well

Give it a boat shape.

Bake at 160°c for 10-12 mins Serve with a salad
