  • Whole wheat
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Put a reasonable amount of water to boil

  2. 2

    Gently add in your wheat flour

  3. 3

    Mixing at intervals until its thick and smooth

  4. 4

    Cover and let cook for 5minutes

  5. 5

    Sprinkle a little water mix again until very smooth

  6. 6

    Serve with soup of your choice

  7. 7

    Taking mine with miyar kuka.
