For the couscous, I have got the easiest recipe for you:). Measure up the couscous you want to use. Add couscous to a bowl and pour into the bowl some tablespoons of oil. Also, sprinkle some salt and mix

Now pour hot boiling water into the bowl as the same quantity of couscous used. Cover up for about 5 to 10 minutes.

For the soup: fry onions in palm oil. Add the grounded tomato, peppers and garlic. Stir until fried.

Add just a little bit of water or stock.

Add in your cooked fish or cooked meat

Add the spices (such as curry, black peppers, turmeric and cumin) and seasonings and simmer for about 3 minutes

Add in the chopped spinach and yakuwa if available. Lastly add the crayfish and simmer for more minutes

Serve this with couscous or really anything😂. Voila!
