Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cup makke ka aata/ maize flour
  3. 1 cupragi flour
  4. 1/2 cup gram flour
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. as neededOil
  7. 2 tspGinger and garlic paste
  8. 1 tspkitchen King
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients one by one in large bowl...

  2. 2

    Add water as required... and knead a soft dough....

  3. 3

    Now make the paratha in ur favorite shape....

  4. 4

    Place the paratha on hot tawa..

  5. 5

    Cook it both side applying oil

  6. 6

    Serve with aalo dum or ur favourite veg curry...
