First chop the vegetables and shred the paneer

Heat 5 tablespoon of the oil in pan add asafoetida cumin and mustard seeds curry leaves and buy leaves and let it crackle......now add onion and green chillies let it cook now add chopped beet and tomato and dry Masala cook till it leaves oil......add half cup water and salt and cover the lid and cook for another 5 minutes.......add paneer and coriander leaves and serve with ajwain puri
