First heat oil in pan add aesofotedia cumin and mustard seeds curry leaves and buy leaves and let it crackle....now add peas and onion and green chillies let it cook.....now add tomato and beet let it cook.....now add dry Masala.......cook till oil separates......add half cup water and salt and cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes....now add paneer and mix well.....add chopped Coriander leaves

Now make a dough by adding wheat flour and salt and carom seeds make a small thick puri and add the bhurji mixture and close it now heat oil in pan fry the kachoris and serve hot with ketchup.
