Roast brinjals on gas flame

Mash the roasted brinjal
3

Heat the pan put oil in it
4

Add chopped onion to it stir till it half cooked then add tomatoes and let it cooked
5

Add all spices and grwem chilli to it and stir it for 10mints and add meshed brinjal to it
6

Leave for 5mints amd garnish with Coriander leaves
