First of all boil corn with salt water.

Then put some oil,cuman seeds,hing,onion,tomato,ginger garlic pest,garam masala,turmuric powder and salt to taste in the pan.

Cook them till it leave oil

Then mix crushed kasuri methi and kasmiri mirch

Then add water and boil it

After that mix corn in it

Garnish with grated cheez and fresh cream.
