  1. 1 cupHung curd
  2. 1/2 cupDiced capsicum
  3. 1-2Chopped green chilli
  4. 6 slicesBrown bread
  5. 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder
  6. 1 tbspChopped coriander leaves
  7. 1/4 tspSugar
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 tspChilli flakes
  10. 1/4 tspChat masala
  11. 1/2 tspChopped ginger
  12. as neededOil - for frying

    Hung the curd in a muslin cloth for 2 - 3 hours.

    In a bowl mix together hang curd,capsicum,chilli flex,chat masala,black pepper powder,coriander leaves,green chilli,ginger,salt and sugar and mix well.

    Cut the edges of the bread.

  4. 4

    Place the bread on the plate and sprinkle some water.

  5. 5

    Add the curd mixture in the corner of the bread and roll it tightly and lock them.

  6. 6

    Keep in the fridge for half an hour.

  7. 7

    Heat the oil in a pan and add the curd rolls.

  8. 8

    Deep fry till light brown.

  9. 9

    Serve hot with tea.
