Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 cupalmonds
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 tbscardamom powder
  • 4 tbsclarified butter

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak almond overnight & remove skin & grind in mixi.

  2. 2

    Now take a nonstick pan add 2 spoon clarified butter.

  3. 3

    Add almond paste stir continuously while paste become thick.

  4. 4

    Now add sugar & remaining butter cook 5-10 m switch off the gas.

  5. 5

    Serve hot & cool.
