Ingredients

10-15 minutes
2 servings
  • 6पीस ब्रेड
  • 4उबले हुए आलू
  • आधा कप मटर
  • एक चम्मच जीरा
  • आधे चम्मच राई
  • 2हरी मिर्च कटी हुई और आधा चम्मच कटी हुई अदरक
  • एक चौथाई चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
  • एक चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • एक चौथाई चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
  • आधी चम्मच गरम मसाला पाउडर
  • एक छोटी चम्मच नमक
  • 50ग्राम तेल
  • धनिया पत्ती कटी हुई

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले हम उबले हुए आलू को मैश कर लेंग। अब हम मसाला तैयार करेंगे। एक पैन में तेल गरम कर उसमें जीरा राइ कटी हुई हरी मिर्च और अदरक डालकर ब्राउन होने देंगे। अब इसमें हल्दी मिर्ची धनिया पाउडर गरम मसाला डालकर मैश किए हुए आलू डाल देंगे। थोड़ी देर अच्छे से चलाते हुए इसमें मटर भी डाल देंगे। जब हमारा आलू का मसाला तैयार हो जाता है उसमें कटी हुई धनिया डालकर गैस बंद कर देंगे।

    जब मसाला ठंडा हो जाए तब हम इससे कटलेट बनाएंगे। ब्रेड के सभी किनारों को काटकर अलग कर ले और एक ब्रेड के पीस को पानी में शोक कर उसमें आलू की एक चम्मच स्टाफिंग भरेंगे फिर हाथों से उसे बंद कर कटलेट का आकार देंगे। इसी तरह सभी ब्रेड से हम कटलेट बनाकर रख लेंगे।

    एक पैन में तेल डालकर सभी कटलेट को दोनों साइड से ब्राउन होने तक सेकेंगे। हमारा कटलेट दोनों साइड से ब्राउन हो जाए तो उसे हम सॉस और ग्रीन चटनी के साथ सर्व करेंगे।
