Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsemolina
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 1 cupchopped vegies(onion.capsicum grated carrot.tomato)
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  6. 1/4 tspred chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Make the better of sooji and curd with little water till pouring consistency

  2. 2

    Add all chopped vegetabels

  3. 3

    Mix salt.cumin seeds and red chilli

  4. 4

    Mix it well

  5. 5

    Heat non stick tawa and grease it

  6. 6

    Put 1 ladle of mixture spread it

  7. 7

    Cook both sides with little oil

  8. 8

    Serve with coconut chutney
