  • 150 gomena
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • Salt
  • 1little oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Sort the omena and wash well.

  2. 2

    Add 1cup of water and boil for 10mins

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion, tomatoes and any other spice of your choice

  4. 4

    Add a little oil and salt

  5. 5

    Add milk then cover for 5mins to cook.
