  1. 150 gomena
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 1onion
  5. Salt
  6. 1little oil

  1. 1

    Sort the omena and wash well.

  2. 2

    Add 1cup of water and boil for 10mins

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion, tomatoes and any other spice of your choice

  4. 4

    Add a little oil and salt

  5. 5

    Add milk then cover for 5mins to cook.
