Steps

Add milk, yeast, sugar, salt, egg and butter in a bowl and mix.

Add your flour and mix. Transfer your dough to a flat surface and knead well.

Brush oil in a bowl den put the dough and brush d surface with oil, cover n allow to proof until doubled in size,(45 - 50mins.

When proofed knead d dough n cut, after cutting leave to proof again for some minutes(don't over proof.

Deep fry on medium heat..
