Ingredients

5 minutes
4_6 servings
  • 2 cupsprouted moong beans
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1/2 cupboiled corns
  • 1/2chopped green capsicum
  • 1boiled & cut in small pieces potato
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • few coriander leaves for garnish

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a microwave bowl,add sprouts with all the veggies.

  2. 2

    In a microwave,set it for 2 minutes so that sprouts & veggies become soft.

  3. 3

    Put salt,lemon juice & chat masala in it & mix well.

  4. 4

    Take them out in a serving bowl & garnish with coriander leaves.
