In a pan add oil and all above ing of stuffing and mix them properly till they cook nicely then off the flame and keep aside.

Now knead a dough with all dough ing and keep it aside for 20 min.

Now make chapati of dough and divide in two add stuffing and give shape of samosa and deep fry it.

Serve hot with schezwan sauce.
