First of all wash fish and mix turmeric powder and salt and magnet it for 30 minutes. deep fry it.

Take a pan in left over oil and add cumin.then add garlic paste.after 2 minutes add chopped onions.

Fry it till it has been brownish.then add all the masala. Then cook masala until it becomes brownish.

Then add tomato paste.Cook it till 5 minutes.then add half glass of water.and let it be boil for 2-3 minutes.

Then add fried fished.then let it be cook for 2-3 minutes.then add mustard paste. Then off the gas.

You can eat it with rice or chapati.
