Ingredients

5 servings
  • For stuffing
  • 2 bowlAll veggies grated (cabbage,capsicum,radish)
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil
  • 1 tbspSchezwan sauce
  • 1 tspSoya sauce
  • 1 bowlBoiled noodles
  • 1 tbspPav bhaji masala
  • 2 tspGinger and garlic paste
  • For dough
  • 2 cupRefined flour
  • 1 tbspSemolina
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil
  • as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add oil and all above ing of stuffing and mix them properly till they cook nicely then off the flame and keep aside.

    Now knead a dough with all dough ing and keep it aside for 20 min.

  3. 3

    Now make chapati of dough and divide in two add stuffing and give shape of samosa and deep fry it.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with schezwan sauce.
