Cut paneer into 1 inch cubes

In a bowl add refined flour, cornflour,1 tsp pepper powder, salt add some water and thick make batter

Coat paneer pieces in this batter and marinate for 15 mins

Heat oil in a kadai on medium heat and deep fry marinated paneer cubes till light brown

Remove on absorbent paper and keep aside

Dissolve 1 tbsp cornflour in 3tbsp of water & keep aside

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non stick pan, add chopped garlic, ginger and green chilles fry them for 1 min

Next add chopped onion and saute until it turns light brown

Add chopped capsicum & fry for 2mins

Next add chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder, vinegar and little salt

To this add 1/2cup of water and bring to boil now to this add prepared cornstarch add fried paneer cubes in this stir and cook on medium flame for 2 mins

Add coriander leaves and spring onion greens give it a good mix and switch off the flame

Your paneer chilli is ready to serve,transfer this to serving plate

Adjust the quantity of chilli sauce and pepper powder according to ur liking to make it as spicy as u want.
