Steps

Take a bowl, make a batter for omelette using all the ingredients except cheese,capsicum and tomato., in this we add only half of onions and green chillies.

Take a nonstick pan,grease it with butter and place two slice of bread.grill it from the both the sides.

Pour batter on the slices evenly and place veggies on top of it.like a pizza topping. Cover the pan fpr two minutes.

Flip the side of the omelette,and cooked for again two minutes with lid.

Again flip it or sprinkle seasoning and chunky chaat masala,serve with green mint chutney or catch up.
