Ingredients

  1. 150 gflour
  2. Pinchbaking powder
  3. 1TBA icing sugar
  4. 2 1/2 tbsoil plus other 1/2 for greasing
  5. 1 tspvanilla essence

    Sift flour and baking powder and mix in all other ingredients and rub in

  2. 2

    Use cold water and knead to make a dough

  3. 3

    Cut the dough into Small balls,press them to be flat and place on grease tin

  4. 4

    Bake in a preheated oven at 150° till it ready
