Ingredients

25 minutes
4 servings
  • 1/2 bottlegourd peel off and sliced
  • 1small portion of yellow pumpkin
  • 1 handfullentils
  • 1 bunchcoriander leaves chopped
  • 3-4green chillies chopped
  • 1 tspcelery seeds
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil fry the lentils,keep aside

  2. 2

    Now add oil and temper celery seeds and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add gourd and pumpkin stir fry well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Cover it till it is soft

  5. 5

    Add lentils and sugar mix well

  6. 6

    Add coriander leaves chopped and mix well
