Beaten Rice/Poha Cutlets

This recipe can be made in a jiffy. It is an easy and quick recipe! The cutlets are crispy from the outside but soft on the inside. The taste of onion, tomato,coriander, and chillies with the beaten rice is extremely delicious. This snack can be enjoyed at any time of the day (especially when it’s raining!) and by any age group.
Beaten Rice/Poha Cutlets
This recipe can be made in a jiffy. It is an easy and quick recipe! The cutlets are crispy from the outside but soft on the inside. The taste of onion, tomato,coriander, and chillies with the beaten rice is extremely delicious. This snack can be enjoyed at any time of the day (especially when it’s raining!) and by any age group.

1. Wash the beaten rice and keep aside.
2. Grind the green chillies, coriander leaves, onion and tomato coarsely. Keep aside.
3. Take a deep bowl, put the washed poha, the above coarsely ground paste, salt, roasted coriander and cumin seeds powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix and knead well.
4. Make 8 to 10 balls. Flatten them with your palms.
5. Deep fry till golden brown in colour.
6. Enjoy with chutney or ketchup.Note : If the cutlets are breaking then add some poha flakes/ b
