Steps

In a kadhai, heat the ghee then add onions,saute till golden brown.

Now add g.g Paste, saute till the raw smell evaporates

Now add tomatoes, stir and cover the lid for 10 min., then add masalas again stir it, and cover the lid for 5 min.

Now add washed mutton pieces.stir it properly. and cover the lid. stir it occasionally till the mutton pieces cooked properly and become soften.

When the mutton cooked, remove the lid, and stir it.add water for gravy according to desired consistency. Boil for 10 to 12 minutes.add Julian and slit green chillies.

Garnish with coriander.serve with chappaties.
