Steps

Cut the cauliflowers in florets and wash them properly. Cut the onion into bulbs and capsicum into squares.

Boil the water in a sauce pan and add the cauliflower florets and a little salt to it. Boil the florets for 2 minutes. And rinse them in cold water.

Now Take these boiled cauliflower florets in a mixing bowl and add salt per taste to them and add red chilli powder, fine flour and corn flour to it.

Coat the cauliflower florets well. Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the cauliflower florets till they are fried and golden.

Soak them on a kitchen towel and in the same pan just add a lil oil and heat it.

Put the onion bulbs and capsicum to it and cook them for 2 minutes on high flame. After that add red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and ketchup to it. Mix them well and cook the veggies for 2 minutes.

Now add the fried cauliflower florets to it and mix them all together for 2 minutes. Serve the gobhi manchurian hot.
