Ingredients

30 mins.
4 servings
  • 1 cupoats
  • 1 cupgrated carrot
  • 2 slicescrushed bread
  • 1/4 cupcrushed paneer
  • 1 cupboiled corn
  • 1 tbspboiled green peas
  • 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbspchopped mint leaves
  • 2finely chopped green chillies
  • 1 tspgrated ginger
  • 1/4 tspchilli powder
  • 1/4 tspcoriander and cumin seeds powder
  • to tastesalt
  • 1little coriander
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • As requiredoil

Steps

30 mins.
  1. 1

    Take a big bowl and mix all the above ingredients except oil and mix well.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle little water on the mixture.
    Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll out each portion into a 50 mm. (2”) flat round tikki.

  3. 3

    Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it using oil (as required).
    Cook each tikki till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup. Enjoy!
