Mix the dough ingredients together and let rest for 1 hour. Roll out the dough thinly and cook on a griddle or skillet until lightly golden.

Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally. Place between parchment or plastic wrap, fold over, and pound with a meat mallet or similar tool to flatten.

Cut the chicken into thin strips, add the marinade, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet, stirring until fully cooked.

Mix the tahini sauce ingredients together. Dice the tomato and parsley into small pieces.

Spread the bread with tahini sauce, then fill with chicken, French fries, tomato, onion, parsley, and pickled cucumber.

Note: If you don't have garlic powder or ground ginger, you can use a paste made from garlic, ginger, and a little oil. Blend until creamy and use 1/2 tablespoon of this paste in the marinade.
