200 gmsabudana soaked for 5 hours
2medium boil potatoes
4 tablespoonPeanut roasted
1-2Chopped green chilli
Salt as per taste
Black pepper half teaspoon
1 teaspoonJeera
1 spoonOil or desi ghee
Green dhaniya for garnish
1 teaspoonlemon juice(optional)

Steps

Wash and soak sabudana for 5 hours.Take a pan add ghee or oil splutter jeera,,green chilli and soaked sabudana add salt, black pepper powder and mix all the ingredients thoroughly add lemon juice and roasted peanuts

Your sabudana khichdi is ready to serve garnish it with green dhaniya.😋😋
