My kids are picky when it comes to the type of fish i cook...After work, dropped by City Market and would say was lucky to find these chunky Kingfish available..grabbed half a kg and thought i would try something new for them, at least for once, they get to eat the fish.

Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  • 1/2 (1 Kilogram)Kingfish
  • 1 tbspGarlic paste
  • 1 tbspGinger paste
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 1 tspTumeric powder
  • 1 tspRed chilly powder
  • 1tspn Paprika
  • 1tspn Cumin powder
  • 1juicy lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and pat dry the Fish, place in a bowl. Then add the ginger,garlic paste,plus green chillies and juice out the lemon.

  2. 2

    Mix in the paste and now add the spices to the fish...making sure all the fish is well covered and marinating for atleast 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Deep fry in medium heat until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Serve with Fries, or Just your favourite salad.
