4mashed boiled potatoes
to tasteSalt
1 tspMix herb powder
clovesFew chopped garlic
1/2 cupChopped coriander
as neededOil to fry
4cheese cubes

Mash boiled potatoes

Add salt mix herb powder chopped garlic and coriander.

Cut cheese cubes into small cubes.

Make balls with potato mix and stuff them with cheese cubes

Add few drops of oil in appe pan.

When hot place potato balls and fry them uniformly by turning sides.
