Boil your potatoes till soft

Mash the potatoes

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl to form a thick butter by adding water

Add mashed potatoes in the thick butter and mix well

On medium heat,heat the oil and add the butter using a spoon to scoop

Deep fry till done

Serve hot with blended kachumbari
