Ingredients

  1. 4bread slices
  2. 2green chilli
  3. 3garlic cloves
  4. 1/4 cuponion
  5. 1/4 cupcapsicum
  6. 1/2 cuptomato
  7. 1/4 cupspring onion
  8. 1 tspshezwan chutney
  9. 2 tsptomato ketchup
  10. 1 tspwhite vinegar
  11. 1 tspsoya sauce
  12. 2 tspcooking oil
  13. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the bread slices into small pieces in square shapes

  2. 2

    Turn on the flame, heat a pan and put bread pieces in a pan on low flame

  3. 3

    Roast it till it turn crispy

  4. 4

    Keep flipping in between

  5. 5

    Off the flame when bread colour change into brown

  6. 6

    Once it turn crispy, take it out

  7. 7

    Keep the bread aside

  8. 8

    Add oil into the same pan

  9. 9

    Add green chilli and garlic

  10. 10

    Fry it for few seconds

    Add onions and capsicum

  12. 12

    Saute it on medium flame

    Add tomato

  14. 14

    Add shezwan chutney in it

  15. 15

    Add tomato ketchup

  16. 16

    Add vinegar

  17. 17

    Adx soya sauce

  18. 18

    Mix it well

    Add red chilli powder

  20. 20

    Add salt

  21. 21

    Add little water

  22. 22

    Add bread pieces in it

  23. 23

    Serve in plate and serve spring onions in it
