1 mediumpumpkin
2 tbspChopped onion
1 tspChopped garlic
1 tbspPanch phoran
1tspTurmeric powder
1/2 cupJaggery
Salt to taste
1 pinchHing
5 to 6Mint leaves
2 tbspOil
1tspchopped green chillies
2 tbspcoriander powder

First of all put panch foran and hing in warm oil.

Then mix onion,garlic,coriander powder,turmeric powder.

Then put chopped pumpkin in it

After ten miniuts mix salt to taste, jaggery and mint leaves in it.

Then cook it 20 miniuts in low flame.
