Heat ghee in a thick bottom pan or wok.

Add basan to tha pan. Fry until the besan starts turning golden yellow in colour and give out a nutty aroma. 10-15 min on medium flame

Add milk slowly and keep stirring the besan thoroughly so that it dosnt form lumps

Add sugar.continue cooking and stirring the paste.by the this time the besan would start thickening and being to stick to the spatula.

Strin in alnemds kiss miss and pustachio. Continue cooking and stirring until the halwa thickness.

Granish it with dry fruits. Serve hot
