Ingredients

  1. 250 gmbaingan sliced
  2. 2potato chopped
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. Salt to taste
  5. to tasteRed chilli
  6. 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tspcumin
  9. 1 tsponion seed
  10. 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan place oil in it

  2. 2

    Add cumin and onion seed

  3. 3

    Add baingan potato along with spice and cover the pan

  4. 4

    Cook till potato get soft..Mix tomato cook for 5 minutes more and serve with roti
