Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  1. 2 big size capsicum
  2. 4potatoes boiled and peeled
  3. 1 spoonsalt
  4. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  5. 1/2 spoongram masala
  6. 1/2 spoondried mango powder
  7. 1 table spoonoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly take a big bowl put potatoes mash them and add salt red chilli powder,gram masala and dried mango powder

  2. 2

    Now take a pan add oil heat it, cut capsicum in two pieces and fill with mashed potatoes and put in pan

  3. 3

    Fry capsicum till becomes brown

  4. 4

    Serve it with chappati.
