Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 cupSabudana (soak in water for 1hour)
  • 2 tspPeanuts
  • 1 tspOil
  • 1/2 tspRai
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1Tomato finely chopped
  • 1Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tspOregano
  • 1 tspVinegar
  • 1 Potato boiled and cut in pieces
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/3 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala powder

Steps

15 minutes

    Take a wok

  2. 2

    Add oil in it.

  3. 3

    Then add cumin seeds in it

  4. 4

    Then add ginger garlic paste in it and saute it.

  5. 5

    Then add onion in it and saute it.

  6. 6

    Then add potatoes in it and saute it.

  7. 7

    Then add tomatoes and peanuts in it and cook it for few minutes.

  8. 8

    Then add all spices in it and mix it well

  9. 9

    Then add sabudana and vinegar and oregano in it and mix it well

  10. 10

    Cover it and cook it for 7 minutes on slow flame..

  11. 11

    And serve hot.
