1/4 cupwater

RemoBoil water and a pinch of salt

Put the spinach on the boiling water and turn once.

Remove the spinach from the water

Blend the spinach

To add taste I added peanut butter,u can add even avocado depend on u,and u can also take it that way

Serve while hot
