Blend the sombo and fresh tomatoes.boil till the water in it goes down.

Pour in groundnut oil,fry the tomatoes always stir so that it wont burn.stir with a wooden spoon.

Boil the fish for just 5minutes,adding curry,onion,salt,garlic and thyme.

Put the boiled fish in the frying tomatoes,then salt,maggi cubes,onion

Add the stock and 1/2 cup of water and boil till the oil settles on top then the stew is ready.
