Overnight soak the soya beans in warm water.

In the morning strain out the beans and blend.

Boil soya chunks in the hot water for 10 mins.

Talk out the chunks from hot water and put them in the cold water.

Blend the soya chunks.

Take blended soya beans, soya chunks, wheat flour, refined flour and salt to taste in a deep bowl and knead the soft dough.

Roll into a chapati using the rolling pin. Cut into small strips. Cover the soya on the sugar cane stick.

Boil the sticks in the hot water for 10-12 mins.

Remove out the sticks from the hot water and put into the cold water for 2-3 mins.

Cut out into small portions.

Make a marinated mixture of hung curd, whipped cream, salt, red chilli, cumin powder. Marinate the chaap into the mixture for atleast 2 hrs.

Talk out the chaap from the mixture and fry it on tava and use the left mixture to coat after frying.

Garnish with the chopped onions.
