Cooking Instructions

Sieve the flour into a bowl. Add sugar, cardamon and mix well

Heat oil in a sufuria and add into the flour sugar mixture. Mix well

Add yeast and mix well

Add room temperature water slowly kneading together to form a dough. Continue kneading the dough some more, like 10mins then allow it to rest like 30mins

Divide the dough into small balls then roll out each ball, not too thin and quarter it arranging the triangles on a dusted surface
- 6
Fry each piece in hot oil, drain and serve. Enjoy
