Mix everything in a bowl apart from the water and chocolate...add it if the dough feels a bit hard.. Which is very unlikely

Knead everything well....chill it for about 20 minutes in the fridge

20 minutes later, roll out the dough.... Use an actual tea bag to cut out the shapes

You can cut off a little triangle at the top on both sides to get a fancy shape..make a tiny hole that will hold the tag

Bake in a preheated oven 180/degrees C for 12-15 mins

Once cooled,melt your chocolate and dip the lower part of the tea bag
